 康定跑马山原名“拉姆则”，藏语意为仙女山，因康定明政土司每年在山上跑马祭祖而称“跑马山”。这里是情歌的故乡，是茶马古道的重镇，每年农历四月处八，山上都要举行“康定四月八转山会”，游溜溜的山水，唱溜溜的歌。
